Photography – Moments Between Spaces.
Between Spaces Visual Narratives of Urban Life, Identity, and Emotion
I photograph the transient emotions and the quiet stories that occur in the interstices of the city. Most of these have been clicked on my way to college in Delhi and back. No posing. Just real moments that capture the true, unvarnished essence of the human experience.
Photography for me is a way to connect, to empathise, to question perception.
I want to capture the feelings, not just the looks. I want the stories, not just the faces. I want the memories, not just the moments.
Delhi Metro Series:
Stories of solitude in motion, silent resilience, and fleeting connections are etched into the faces of people in Delhi's crowded compartments and bustling corridors of metro stations.
This series captures the poetry of everyday ordinary people in extraordinary light, noticing moments with profound emotional resonance.
Conceptual Self-Portrait Series
In this body of work, I am both subject and storyteller. I blur the line between reality and imagination by combining photography and sketching to explore themes of identity, duality, and introspection.
These self-portraits are more than just visual records. They are metaphors for my inner world, representing trauma, strength, vulnerability, and transformation.
